A Trust in the name of K.R. Rengappa Naidu Telugu Minority Education and Charitable Trust was formed by Mrs. R.R. Rengammal a kind hearted mother of three children. She deposited a sum of Rs 6000/- as corpus fund to register this trust on 27/08/2003. The board of Managing Trustees resolved to start a Matriculartion School in the name of “Southside Matriculation School” K.R.R Nagar, Mettamalai, Sattur(T.K).
Construction started by performing boomi pooja on 22/12/2003. The Managing Trusty sent an application in proper forms to start a Matriculation School to the DMS through IMS.
The DMS signed temporary approval to start LKG to VI std.
The Board of Managing Trustees conducted an interview for the selection of teaching and Non-Teaching staff for the school.
The School started with only 100 Children.
The popularity of our school lies in carefully planning and programming the curriculum for the students to learn it in a better way. Selection of qualified and excellent staff and a willingness to innovate in educational provision have all contributed to the high level of academic success achieved by our students.
We are committed to ensure that every student receives the skills, knowledge and experience that will allow them to take the next step in their lives when they leave our school We believe we give our students the necessary tools to have a choice about their future. The school is situated midway between Sattur and Sivakasi in Mettamalai panchayat limits near Chinnakamanpatti.

We determined this in different ways by taking knowledge age, capacity of intake by a learner and course objectives.
We successfully implemented by directing, discussing and delegating. The teacher tells the students what to do, how to do and when it needs to be done.
