“Health is Wealth”. In order to keep the students healthy, Yoga is followed in the School. Yoga is the ancient technique to keep the body physically, mentally and spiritually balanced.

The students are given demonstrations to learn various yogic Asanas. They perform these exercises in the morning, because ‘well begun is half done’, so if students start out their day with yogic exercises they’ll have a less tiring day and will remain active throughout the day.
